Veteli is situated in the sub-region of Kaustisen seutukunta in the region of Central Ostrobothnia. Veteli has a diversified economic structure and is populated by about 3600 inhabitants. The semi-rural residential environment is characterized by the location in the valley of three rivers and the beautiful scenery of cultural historic wide plains.
